Ethan went to the Zoo

Ethan went to the Zoo today with his Aunt Ashley and Kayleigh and Clint. I dont know if Ashley took any pictures, i will have to find out. From what I was told he had a great time, the weather was beautiful. We've been so busy with work, editing weddings, editing shoots, going to weddings, handling business stuff. We have taxes to do soon, UGH. I hate taxes. Speaking of taxes our new employee didn't want to be 1099. Instead she asked if we cold withhold taxes for her. That has been a headache! More tax forms to fill out, more numbers to apply for. We finally hired someone to handle all that for us. I never knew that as the employer it would cost me as much as it is to withhold taxes. I didn't realize I pay into my employees benefits. We are going to Vegas on the 15th. I can't wait to go but am kind of sad. We are not bringing Ethan this year. My mom and grandma will be coming back to New Orleans with us, so that is exciting and also the reason we are leaving Ethan at home. They will come and stay through Mardi Gras. I cant wait! My grandma hasn't been here for Mardi Gras before. We are going to see Bee on his Thoth float. He is very excited.

We are better

Ethan is feeling much better and has returned to Mommys Day Out. His nose is still a little runny, but its all clear. Its been chilly and even my nose runs when I am outside. I meant to update earlier but we have been so busy. I will have to do a shoot soon so I can post new pictures of Ethan. It seems I only take pictures of him with my iPhone these days.
